We had an issue with our LG washing machine that another technician was unfamiliar with and unable to diagnose or fix. PrimeTech spent the time necessary to pinpoint the issue (which was not common and different from what I thought it was) and offered a fair price to repair. He ordered the part and was back to fix it within 3 days of the original service call. He is trustworthy, straightforward and knowledgeable. Would hire again without hesitation.
