UPDATE: it was a misunderstanding from my end. I’ve updated review to 5 stars for responsiveness to customer concern and punctuality as well. Thank you Be ware!! He came to my house for an estimate and tried to charge me $50 for a “service call” for spending 5 minutes looking at the appliance. This is no where indicated on his profile. I’ve had many work done through thumbtack and this is never the procedure unless agreed upon prior to arrival.
