Ulfat was fantastic, he showed up right on time, wore shoe covers to keep our home clean. He also go right to work and solved our issues quickly while keeping us informed of findings and decisions to be made. He was also upfront on pricing and stuck to that pricing even though his hours went a bit beyond what was planned. I would highly recommend Ulfat/Primetech for any appliance repair!

Great experience. From the initial inquiry to the completed service, I am very satisfied. Ulfat was extremely responsive. He had availability within 24 hours of my request and was able to fix my dryer quickly and efficiently. He also performed regular maintenance on it as well.
