Jarrod was hired to announce an event for us recently, the American Heroes Hockey Challenge. He did an outstanding job of creating an atmosphere or pride and respect for those that we were there to honor. He spent time working with us prior to the event to understand our needs and to ensure that he was prepared. His professionalism before, during and after the event helped to make it a memorable occasion for all who attended, which was evident by the many compliments that we received about him. We would gladly hire Jarrod again and look forward to working with him in the future.

FAQs

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

We're happy to provide not only DJ services, but also consultative services. It's amazing the number of our clients, and even those that don't hire us for our primary services, that we still assist with other details. We love being able to help people make their dreams come true with their visions and to assist some of our partners by allowing them to use their creative juices as well. Though we do a lot of DJ and lighting work, we will still help with room layouts, decoration design and more. Performing as the DJ is simply the icing on the cake as we feel it's an honor bestowed upon us by those who hire us, not that we are there to do a job.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Ask as many questions as you can think of. There are so many people out there who simply ask for price, but that's just not all you're going to get. Ask for experience of the DJs, ask for what you get for your money, ask about any hidden or travel expenses. We've gained quite a bit of business over the last four or five years from people who have broken their contract with other companies because of hidden costs and the company not being upfront with them from the start. When you're going over the contract, ask as many questions as possible. On the other side, the DJ company should also be asking you questions about the site, about your event and about the interests of your guests.
