Our garage door spring snapped and the middle beam broke and it happened in the morning right before taking my daughter to preschool. I went onto thumbtack right away and searched for contractors for garage repair. Jarel and two other companies popped up and I first reached out to Jarel. He was very responsive and said he’d be out that afternoon. He came and looked at the repairs that needed to be done and gave my husband an estimate and said he could have it done that day. He grabbed some more parts for the repair and came back to completely fix the problem. Not only did he complete what we needed, but he replaced things that needed to be fixed as they came about while doing the repair. He was very professional and kind. Our garage door was fixed in a timely manner and done completely and to our satisfaction. I would definitely recommend him for any garage repairs you need done! He definitely knows what he’s doing and he did it very well!

They responded quickly as our car was trapped in the garage. They replaced the 2 tension springs quickly with correct parts. They also lubricated all moving parts. They both were polite and communicative. The door opens and closes much more quietly and smoothly now.
