- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
US Department of Treasury-IRS supervises Registered Tax Return Preparers who need to have continuing professional education requirement every year. The annual requirement consists of federal tax law topics, tax law updates and ethics and/or professional conduct. The IRS conducts tax compliance checks on all tax return preparers to ensure the tax return preparer has filed all required tax returns and is current with their federal tax obligations.
