TIPS Certification. I renewed this in the summer.

I thought it looked like fun. It is.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Typically at weddings, anniversaries, Christmas parties and other events I will ice up and survey the offerings. Then if there is a specialty cocktail recipe I will mix a batch and garnish it. If people would like to guesstimate the amount of liquor or beer or wine to buy I can help with that.
