- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each house is unique. Although some houses are very close in size, they differ in the amount of time I have cleaned them. This is why I drive FREE of charge to not only give an exact quote but to get an acquaintance. This also gives the client better insight towards whom they're having clean there home. :)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we will need to connect via Text(I've noticed my response time has been faster by text due to my busy schedule) or phone. We will then go over which day and time will work best for me to drive out to you FREE of charge. Once I arrive and we introduce ourselves, I usually get a tour. I will also ask if you have anything in-particular you would like me to pay extra attention to, in addition to any concerns you may have. It's important that we give the client comfort and get an idea of what we are cleaning.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am currently enrolled part-time in school taking night classes for archaeology. It has never interfered with my day-job(to generate smiles daily). ~Let me make you smile It's good for the soul :)
