This team and their work were great. I had two other companies come out and give me quotes and a plan for installation of a security system through the attic. Not only did Potterfield give me the best cost estimate (one other company was double, and probably trying to rip me off), their plan was the simplest, least intrusive method. Clearly showing they understood the system, technology options, and customer aesthetic needs more than the others. Will definitely be using them again.

Customers should know that, most, house call jobs start at $125/hr.
I provide remote troubleshooting, starting at $75 flat fee.
I offer a variety of discounts to First Responders, Teachers, Veterans, Nurses, and Senior Citizens (60+)
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a customer I like to understand what their main concerns are by talking through the problem as well as ensuring they are informed of what exactly the solution will be. I also like to understand what their level of technological understanding is so that I can accurately convey information in a way that is not over or undersimplified.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been working for major corporations for the last 11 years (Microsoft, Capital One, Raytheon) providing IT infrastrucutre administration. Outside of my professional experience, I hold a Bachelor's of Science in Computer Science from Western Governor's University. I also hold a number of industry certifications in various hardware disciplines as well as cyber security.
