Joel was awesome. I am from out of town, in VA on business and so I had limited time and I critically needed this repaired. Joel worked with my schedule no problem and got my 4S all fixed up. Only thing I didn't like was the higher price than I was expecting.... was quoted on this site $40 for a screen replacement 'total cost'... in fact it was $80 (said the $40 was labor only). Either way, great service and business.

Simple mistake. Total price for 4s is 69, not 80. However I gave him a discount for the misunderstanding. Thanks for the business and sorry for the confusion

Impressive job and much better that i expected. It's not my first time fixing my phone and this place is the best place i went.very fast honest and price is right & most important the quality of work was great and i felt i got a new phone not a fixed phone. I highly recommend this place & their work quality and this place will be the only place i will take my phone for repair if i need to fix any phones. Thank you
