What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Some jobs require an hourly rate while other jobs are a fixed rate. I am open to discussing pricing and working towards a rate that works for both of us.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process starts with a phone call to determine what the issue is. From there, I make an appointment to meet with the customer to either look at, or start, the project. I am very adamant about making sure myself and the customer are on the same page.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been grateful to have been given many opportunities to work and train with professionals since my teenage years. I have also worked in multiple trades to expand my knowledge and skill set in the construction industry. From building houses to learning carpentry, the hands on work has been invaluable in my career.
Educational wise, I went to college to study Construction Management and have continued my studies by constantly reading books and articles on Construction Technology.
