- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is per square foot to be coated and takes into account the amount of prep work that needs to be done as well as the materials to used on the coating. Flakes are standard with other materials like quartz or a marbled finish commanding a higher price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once you express interest here on Thumbtack or on our website, you'll receive an email and text with a link to schedule an estimate visit. Our estimator will come to see the space and spend 15-20 minutes measuring and taking pictures. You'll get an estimate right away and if you are interested in scheduling the job right away, you can accept the job that same day and pay the deposit to get on the calendar. Once we receive the deposit, you will get an email with a link to select your installation day and time.

I have an MBA and have worked in business for 34 years.
