Introduction: As an athlete and an experienced coach with a background in Kinesiology and Biology I'm here to design a program that can help you achieve your goals. I can help with strength, conditioning, weight loss, nutrition, speed and agility training, running events like tough mudders and spartan races and sports performance training. My hobbies are competing in Olympic lifting and strongman events which are always fun to add in to any program!
Its wonderfully rewarding when I see the people I work with begin to make strength, endurance and body composition gains. With my experience in the PT field and in strength and conditioning I focus on building well rounded athletes, and I treat everyone I serve as an athlete. An athlete is more than just a muscle to be trained and much of my programming is designed to build mentally and emotionally strong athletes as well as great physical performers.
