Excellent work, came to our rescue the same day I called! We have a elderly beagle who unknowing to us had a bladder infection. She had an accident on my newly carpeted bedroom floor, and what a horribly smelly mess she left behind. I cleaned the carpet myself with my own steam-cleaner 3 times with no luck of removing the horrific smell. I tried every trick posted on the internet, and none worked. The very next morning I called Crossett Chem-Dry and they came out the same day I called, How awesome is that for customer service! Crossett Chem-Dry saved my NEW carpet. NO more smell, that's right NO more horrible smell. I can not thank them enough! Put your faith in them when it comes to your carpet cleaning needs, I assure you they can get the job done and do it right the first time!!
