He was incredibly understanding and flexible about the change. Since the bed wasn’t available, I asked if he had time to assemble a shelf for me and remove an existing one—and he gladly did. When we opened the box, we realized a partition I had also ordered was included, and Cody volunteered to take the extra time to assemble that as well. On top of that, he installed a new shower head and even brought his own shop vac to clean up all debris afterward. He was professional, efficient, kind, and truly went above and beyond what I initially hired him for.
