For Drain cleaning the warranty is just 30 days this is due to the age of the drain systems in most homes in the area!

My tankless water heater had a problem at 5pm on a Friday afternoon (while I had house guests). While this was not a true emergency, I really wanted it taken care of as quickly as possible. Eagle Home Solutions reached out to me via Thumbtack and quoted a reasonable price for the work. I had a tech here the next afternoon who diagnosed the problem and fixed the unit after doing a full inspection for issues. Chris explained everything that he did (or proposed to do). The price was exactly as quoted, and I was not charged extra for a weekend appointment! I was very pleased and will book Eagle Home for future projects.

I have been working with Eagle Home Solutions for a couple of months now on a variety of issues and they have been absolutely stellar. Communication over the app is so fast! Chris is such a pleasure to work with and takes the time to explain everything to me in a way that I understand. Their pricing is very competitive and the workmanship is unbeatable. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Free estimates Where applicable.First we find out what their needs are and whats the best solution to their problems,we do the trouble shooting part for minimum fee.once we identified the problem we offer you the best options for the repairs needed. If the project doesn’t need a troubleshooting visit than this applies to our 100%free estimate. Also the minimum fee will be apply towards the repairs.or completion of the project.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
A have a background of 15 yrs in the business of remodeling,i have taken classes to get the knowledge needed to provide work according to the most recent local codes of different trades, and aside from the experience I have from attending school, I have learned lot about different trades on the job sometimes you have to improvise and do things different than by the book but still manage to keep projects under code !
