communicate, communicating, communication... That should always be the process 100% through the job. Even while the repair is happening and hands are on tool.

At an early age I have always loved finding out how things worked, then I got good at it and now I love what I do.
What types of customers have you worked with?
You can't really "type" a customers, because every single person is different. type of industry would include residential and commercial.
