Baqir responded immediately (within 5 minutes) after hours to our request for help with our freezer which stopped working. He diagnosed the issue quickly and ordered parts. We were back to full use within 2 days and felt we were fairly charged for services. His professionalism and expertise saved us from purchasing another appliance.
