Swift Appliance Services –Definitely lives up to their name! Less than 2 minute from placing my call I had a representative call me. In our conversation, they were able to dispatch a technician for the next morning.
Upon arrival, Akram (the Technician) quickly diagnosed my washing machine issue. Akram provided me a cost estimate and how long it will take to repair the machine. Unfortunately, he did not have the part in his truck but returned the next morning with the part in hand and started repairing the washing machine. Akram was very informative. Every step of the way, he showed me what he was doing and why he was replacing the damaged parts. They completed the repair sooner than the estimated time. They were neat in their process and cleanup was spotless. My washer was “as good as new” – if not better than new!
SAS representatives were very respectful, professional and knowledgeable! I highly recommend Swift Appliance Services for your repairs. If there is a future need of repairing ANY of my appliances, SAS will be my first choice to call!!

Akram and Mo were very helpful and honest with me regarding the repair of my washing machine. Because the drum was broken and irreparable. They explained that if they tried to repair it it would be very costly. They suggested brands for me to consider when purchasing a new washing machine. I really appreciated their help and professionalism. Would definitely call on them again.
