Akram was amazing! He assessed the situation very quickly and recommended replacement of the old garbagedisposal. I have already purchased one but he recommended one that was a better fit for strength and durability even though the HP was less then of the one I purchased. He explained in detail the difference between them and reassured me that we will be much happier with its’ quality and durability. Had one on hand so was able to replaced it immediately. He performed the job with upmost professionalism and respect! I highly recommend him and the company!
