ASER Consulting and Engineering Services, LLC provided design, construction drawings, and construction permit application assistance for two decks at our home in Bowie MD. Our permit was approved and the project is currently under construction. We're pleased with the work completed and would be happy to use him for future projects.

I paid $5k of $12.7k contract for exceptionally poor communication, disregard for my time, disregard for clearly stated requirements, wasting of time, condescension and less than truthful engagement. I would not recommend these folks to anyone. At this point, I’m filing an official complaint with the Md Dept of Labor.

ASER's primary goal is to provide high quality customer service along with quality design. We are ready to improve if there is any problem on our end but I highly dispute the above claim by Mrs. Holt. The situation can be investigated by third party or Thumbtack group. We have been communicating diligently and going back and forth with the client well from the time the project started by sending the proposed floor layout plans by presenting different options. The client approved the proposed floor plan and we completed the plans accordingly. The contract was for 6-8 weeks and we completed the plans in 4 weeks and emailed the final complete plan for her final review before we submit to the County. I don't understand how we wasted her time. We had two scheduled site visits and out of our courtesy to the client we also volunteered and requested to have additional site visit to explain the details of the plans. The site visit was scheduled to meet from 3:30PM to 4PM and I arrived at 3:53PM. All of a sudden the client started shouting, screaming and yelling at me and she didn't even want to hear anything from me. I didn't understand what went wrong and tried to calm her down by apologize to her again and again even though I arrived on time. The client continued to scream, yell and shout at me uncontrollably, then I had to leave the site to calm the situation. The next minute she wrote the comment above. I tried to contact her thru text and email to submit the plans to the County and she refused to authorize us to submit it and asked us to terminate the contract.
