Mr. Portillo responded quickly to my request for a contractor to do fence and porch repair work. He gave me an honest assessment and a few days later repaired my fence and patio porch.

I plan on hiring him again to update my storage shed.

Hernan is a very professional individual. He is extremely punctual with his time of arrival, and efficient with quality work. His responsiveness is excellent. The guys he brought with him to build the Privacy Wall on my deck (see photo) were also friendly and professional as well. Trust me, I am a very critical person when it comes to great work and customer service, and Hernan possess all of that and then some. I would definitely recommend him for any project you need done around your home/office/etc.

Herman did an excellent job on replacing the deck on my son's home. I did the initial contact because of my son's busy schedule. Herman was very helpful in recommendations for materials. He was also very dependable and completed the job on time. It's workmanship far exceeded our expectations. We will definitely use him again, and highly recommend him to others.
