Mr. Portillo responded quickly to my request for a contractor to do fence and porch repair work. He gave me an honest assessment and a few days later repaired my fence and patio porch. I plan on hiring him again to update my storage shed.

Mr. Portillo is very reliable. He did exactly what he said he’d do with a quick turn around. In addition, he saw a problem with an existing part of my deck and fixed it so it was safe!

Hernan was hired to build a deck. We odered the material based on the list he provided. Material delivered but the guy never showed up. He was paid $1000 advance money. We tried to contact him multiple times, but he disconnected the phone everytime. He left us in a mess. This guy is not only a fraud, but a thief. Just stay away. Probably we are going to take legal action against him.
