Good morning Tran N,
Thank you for your feedback even though I would have hoped for a better one. I went back to the notes on your Inspection request and noted the following:
1. You own an Alternative Septic System in Fairfax Co.
2. You did not have your original permit, design and Operators Manual on hand, so we reached out to the Fairfax County health department to make a FOIA request to receive a copy of the same.
3. Fairfax County Health Department sent us the incorrect documents.
4. We reached out to you to advise so that we could travel in person to the health department and help them get me the specific documents that we need, to do an annual inspection adequately and per your manufacturers recommendations. We were unable to get ahold of you.
As you can tell, we were willing to put in a lot of leg work to do your inspection as per VDH regulation before even starting your inspection. And unfortunately, when it comes to working with a goverment body, some time is required to fulfill requests for documentation. They too are very busy. So we work on their time and keep you posted. Which we tried, but in the end, were unable to get ahold of you or even have the chance to work for you.
Please accept my apologies if we did not meet your expectations. We worked really hard to prepare your service request as we made every attempt to keep you informed of every step of the way.
I hope your inspection needs were taken care of and if not, I ask that you please dont hesitate to reach back out to us. It would be our honor to continue to serve you and your family.

Strait down the middle. Honest Answer. Freedom Plumbers is not the cheapest. We are FAR from the most expensive.
