Felix's estimate was the lower of three. He kept me informed of the progress of the permits and date to start.
Installation of the service panel and two new circuits were completed as promised. Felix connect a bathroom fan that had not been part of the estimate.
I have referred Felix to two neighbors.

They do great work but they have a little room for improvement. There was a billing issue but they resolved it immediately. They arrived five minutes early. The work they did was excellent. Felix was professional at all times.
The only thing that irked me was Felix's son/nephew - he took too much interest in the contents of the house. I understand he's young and curious about how others live, but he should be more discreet when working in a girl's room.
