We are still in the midst of solving and unwanted "guest" home invasion. We had several companies come out to inspect and investigate. It was surprising that there was such a wide spectrum of problem assessment and solution ideas. Two companies seemed to stand out most for us. Mr. Littlejohn was conscientious and thorough with his inspection. He walked me through several potential entry points and was careful to make sure I understood the available solutions and the reasoning behind choosing specific strategies. I appreciated his honesty, including providing realistic expectations. We are still in the very beginnings of his providing service for us, but we are anticipating honest, detailed and informative (and hopefully effective and successful) pest control service that we can trust.

We found some bed bugs in our home and needed some help. I had tried everything that was available to get rid of them, but nothing worked. I found Pest Proof on here and within days, Erik came out, diagnosed the problem, and we set up a treatment plan. He is very knowledgeable and was able to answer all of our questions. A few days later, a tech came to our home and completed the treatment. All of this happened within a week and was very affordable. We are very happy and highly recommend this company.

Eric came out the very same day that I submitted the Thumbtack request. He was so friendly and reassuring when I was freaking out about our pest situation. He walked me through the entire process and explained everything to me in detail. He made sure to take precautions regarding our dogs as well and he came out the same week to do follow up/ outside treatments as well. He was able to accommodate my extra request for tick and mosquito treatment in our yard. I am so grateful to have found Pest Proof Management and would recommend Eric and his company time and time again!
