A few days ago, our old water-heater finally indicated that it was thoroughly kaput by leaking. We had to act fast -- find a thoroughly competent plumber but who (hopefully) wouldn't charge us an arm, a leg, and also an eyeball.
Thumbtack suggested Henderson Plumbing (along with a couple others), and immediately, I felt that Henderson could be our best bet...
My instincts were proven right, to the say the very-Very least::
Punctual, genuinely friendly yet immediately getting to work, Riley totally impressed me; not just with his expertise, but his impeccable thoroughness!
And then there's the fact that the overall cost was one we really could afford, which was explained in a most forthright manner!

In the not-so-distant future, there are at least a couple other, prospective plumbing projects that we'll need to address -- without hesitation, Im going to call upon Henderson!!

We had been dealing with a frustrating water hammer issue for a couple of months and had received several quotes from other companies that all recommended repairing the wrong parts. Henderson Plumbing came out, quickly diagnosed the actual cause of the problem, and saved us a few hundred dollars compared to the other quotes we were given.
Their team was extremely responsive, professional, and knowledgeable. It was clear they took the time to properly assess the situation instead of just recommending unnecessary work. Their pricing was fair and their honesty really stood out.
I’m very impressed with the service and would absolutely recommend Henderson Plumbing to anyone looking for reliable and trustworthy plumbers!

Details: No, repair is not urgent • No, the building is not currently flooded • Townhouse

I was having some issues with my hot water heater where I was not getting enough hot water in my home. Henderson Plumbing responded right away when I reached out and they gave me a 2:00-4:00 window. But they actually showed up earlier than the time given which was great! They let me know when they were about 10 mins out. Riley came and was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He was able to fix the issue but also have me some recommendations on how to monitor future repairs. I would highly recommend them!

Details: Routine maintenance • Water isn't hot enough • Gas tank • Closet • Condo/Apartment • Owner
