Introduction

I am so glad you have found my profile! I have been working for over 16 years perfecting my skills on all hair types. I specialize in all types of curls, thinning and less dense hair types, and wanting to preserve the length. The first step to finding a good hairdresser will be during the consultation. We will work together to create a haircut and/or color plan that will fit within your budget and timing needs of when you can return. I would be happy to answer any questions or give an idea of services needed and the fees associated with it. I have very very thick hair that has started to go wavy and curly as I age. Somehow Amanda fixed my “too many shades and wrong shade” and I love it. She fixed some layering that wasn’t working, and for the first time in my life the layers are WORKING and not adding weird volume and looking like a mistake. I found Amanda here on Facebook and decided to take a chance on her. It was a great decision and I will absolutely be using her as my stylist. It feels risky to trust a stranger and go to their home, and I’m not a very trusting person by nature, but I felt fine there. Amanda is very nice, and knows her craft. Don’t hesitate to let Amanda work her magic for you.

I had brown lowlights done by Amanda recently for the very first time. I wanted something new and subtle. She's also been the only person who I let near my hair with scissors for more than 10 years. I had an idea in my head on what I thought I wanted but the finish results was way better than I could have imagined. My first time ever coloring my hair. And she did a consolation before the appointment to explained the process and product that she was going to use. Had hair samples of the colors that she had to compare to my hair. Her knowledge of hair and coloring techniques made my decision to have her color my hair easy. She knows her stuff! Her opinion and recommendations are always on point. Never leads you astray. I keep coming back because she does a great job and never disappoints!
