We always take our time, pay close attention to detail, make sure nothing has been overlooked, and make sure our customers are completely satisfied prior to leaving the job site. When it comes to customer service, we go above and beyond to make our customers happy! There are so many wonderful aspects of my job that I love, however the highlight would have to be the grand finale when I show the customer the completed job. The expression of happiness from the customer is a simple reminder why I love what I do. There's a great satisfaction from seeing an old floor or empty room come to life!

Robert and his crew were great. I wasn't able to let him in the place for a visual estimate, he had to make do with pictures, but he was willing to give it a try. Then, after we'd set everything up, I had to ask him to cut the time to make sure the work was done before the movers came - a day earlier than we'd planned. He was able to bring an extra person (and give me an updated estimate beforehand) and got the work done in 2 days instead of 3! I was in and out checking on their progress, and each time he'd explain where they were, what would happen next, ask me to look at certain things and make recommendations for next steps. If there were decisions to be made, he asked me or my husband, or called us if we weren't on site, even down to letting us know they needed additional paint (we'd decided they'd start with 1 5 gallon can and get more if needed). He even caulked some areas that needed it and advised me on paint trim colors. I'm thrilled with how the work turned out, and very pleased at how the experience went. I've already asked him to estimate some future work in a different area of the house. He and his crew were friendly, experienced, thorough and worked at a steady pace - as fast as they could to get the job done right. I was nervous about hiring a company I hadn't worked with, and how it would all go and I can't imagine how it could have gone much better!

RJA Floors likes to charge everyone equally based on their project size, or service being requested.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
RJA Floors initially begins by speaking with our new customers over the phone, determining what is the project they're looking to have done. Next, we will set up an appointment to discuss the project details and go over material purchasing. RJA Floors will follow through by providing our new customers with an estimate to complete the desired project.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
To be the best at what you do, it's key to stay abreast of new products, installation methods, materials and techniques. We work closely with our distributors, so they continuously update us and teach us on these various categories.
