FAQs

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

We perform service and retrofit installation for: heating and cooling systems plumbing systems and fixtures electrical systems and fixtures Some of the regular jobs are replacement of furnaces and air conditioners, fixing broken sewer lines, and repairing non-working electrical outlets. Not that we don't love all that regular work, but some of the more "cool" things we do are: installation of geothermal heat pumps - systems that are 400-500% efficient! installation of tankless water heaters and "fancy" toilets (e.g., bidets, heated seats with motion sensors, high efficiency) installation of ceiling fans, specialized lighting, computer cabling, and whole-house generators.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Service is not a commodity; you get what you pay for. We offer professional services backed by: trained technicians; a company that is properly licensed and that will do all work required for a legitimate installation; and a company that is sufficiently insured and has the financial viability to keep its promise of, "Always there for you!" Any company can do the job cheaply; you want one done properly. Take, for example, heating and cooling system installation. The EPA has found, "...improper installation can reduce system efficiency by up to 30 percent - costing you more on your utility bills and possibly shortening the equipment's life." Why would you spend thousands of dollars on a system only to get 70% of the benefit AND risk harming the equipment just to save a few dollars on installation? Our professionals can explain the differences between a quality installation and a poor installation. Make sure you're getting what you pay for!
