Introduction: Hey Friends, I was born in Pakistan, came to the U.S looking for myself, and work as a Certified Life Coach, a blogger/writer, and a Speaker. In addition, I am a Certified Disc Trainer through The Maxwell DISC Method. Also, I am a part of the John Maxwell Team and a Certified Speaker in Maxwell methods. Having a multi-culture background gives me a unique view of understanding things from different cultural backgrounds.
After graduating from engineering college, my journey for self finds continued. I began my career in the U.S in the automotive industry with my focus on sales and financing. Helping people, believing in kind and transparent business, and a win-win theory helped me throughout my life and career. I moved up in the ranks at different organizations, eventually co-founding one of the top transparent independent businesses.
I have strictly observed the modern work environment and believe in creating more leaders than managers — more respect and kindness than forced communication. From being a bully victim in childhood to living in Newyork's cold box, I love teaching Resiliency. Too many give up after a tough push, but fighting back is the key.
I experienced traumatic events in my personal life throughout my life, from surviving child abuse to losing everything to the financial crisis, falling into depression, and recovering from it. Even though things were tough, but I was able to achieve and grow through tremendous experiences. The pain of giving up on ourselves never goes away, even if we hide behind reasonable and justified arguments. So, giving up is never a choice. The choice is to adapt, prepare, and grow. My passion for giving back to society drives me to find ways to help others who are struggling with similar problems and circumstances. My vision is to create platforms and foundations to help people worldwide dealing with various issues. I share my observation and personal stories through writing and making videos on matters that we mostly face. It is my passion to see people doing well, and if my life lessons can help them find their solution, it is a fantastic feeling.
Alwayz Strong is a multifaceted motivational and coaching program to help clients perform at their peak and achieve outstanding results. It is more of my passion than business. I love people. It is incredible to watch people grow. When h/she decides to raise their self-esteem and become resilient, an entire generation's fate changes.
