- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I really try hard to work with clients budgets. I do need to take in account travel , time and some business cost. So it's a per person/event. I really like to be fair and help make peoples days memorable and easy as I can be on the pocket. I am still navigating using Thumbtack and still have found word of mouth working for me.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It is about establishing a trustworthy and comfortable relationship. Communication is everything. Sharing ideas, making sure the client feels heard and confident in you. Check in just before or multiple times if necessary.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a licensed Esthetician in Virginia. My license is current . I have studied photography since I was 16. I learned in dark rooms and how to develop my own film. I continued my study of photography and the fine arts in college. My beingskincare and makeup obsessed, it was no surprise I ended up in the beauty industry. I studied esthetics and makeup at Yvonne de Vilar Scientific Skincare. Graduated in 2005.
