My name is Tim York; I am the owner operator of Lake Braddock Landcare LLC. I started this business in 2007, having worked in the industry since 1999.
We are the Aeration authority in Northern Virginia. During the months of September and October we focus almost exclusively on aeration and seeding work. Our aeration services start at only $75.
Customer satisfaction is our highest priority. We don't accept any deposits or payments before work is done, and customers do not pay unless fully satisfied.
We do not do any mowing or weekly maintenance. I no longer offer pesticide applications.
I will not travel to MD or DC

Very professional, great work quality, reasonable and competitive pricing. Received a call back and a courtesy text with arrival time the same day. Tim and crew did a great job aerating and we hired them for a couple other projects, tree work and waste removal. Next we’re scheduling for flower beds and trees mulching. We highly recommend Tim and crew, very pleased with the work quality and price. They are now our go to Landscaper company.

Tim called me when I requested to set up an appointment for a quote. His price was by far the best, so I asked him to do the work. He arrived when he promised completed the work quickly. Additionally, he helped me out with another project. Hire this guy! He does great work!!

We hired Tim to perform our annual Fall Lawn service. He aerated, seeded, fertilized and added limestone to our entire yard. His prices can't be beat and he completed the front and backyard in a little over an hour.
We've had bad luck in the past with other lawn service providers in Prince William county; but Tim was honest about what our lawn needed and professional. I could tell he wasn't interested solely in making a buck.
I will definitely hire him again "IF" the lawn grows the way I believe it will. :)

Absolutely fantastic job of landscaping clean up and mulching. Everything was clean and tidy when they left. They made calm from chaos. Highly recommend Tim and his crew.

They were hear on time. In fact they sent two guys with all the necessary tools and equipment to aerate and overseed my yard. They were extremely careful to not put any seeds in my mulch bed. I will be rehiring this company again next year for these services and I recommend them for providing these services for others. Thanks.

We offer up front pricing, no games. Our fees are very reasonable. We do offer some discounts, so ask about discounts offered. We do not take deposits, payment is due when the work is done and you are satisfied.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will, in most cases, make a site visit and meet with a prospective customer to discus scope and particular challenges.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a business degree, and I've been working in the green industry for more than twenty years.
