Introduction: My name is Tim York, and I am the owner operator of Lake Braddock Landcare LLC. I started this business in 2007, having worked in the industry since 1999. We are the Aeration authority in Northern Virginia. During the months of September and October we focus almost exclusively on aeration and seeding work. Our aeration services start at only $75. Customer satisfaction is our highest priority. We don't accept any deposits or payments before work is done, and customers do not pay unless fully satisfied. We do not do any mowing or weekly maintenance. I will not travel to MD or DC

We offer up front pricing, no games. Our fees are very reasonable. We do offer some discounts, so ask about discounts offered.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a business degree, and I've been working in the green industry for twenty years.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have always enjoyed being out side, I grew up in rural New England and spent most of my time outdoors. I moved to Virginia in 1999 and began working with my brother in-law, he owned a general maintenance lawn care company. I would rather work twelve hours outside than eight in an office.
