Excellent service! He was very professional, knowledgeable, and reasonably priced. He took the time to explain what was wrong with my water heater and what he was doing to fix it. He worked quickly and efficiently, and I especially appreciated that he cleaned up the work area when he was finished. Most importantly, my hot water is back! I highly recommend Bernard Plumbing Service. They were professional, responsive, and extremely thorough during a difficult concealed pipe leak repair in my condo utility closet. They had to remove the water heater and cut into the subfloor and wall to access and repair the leaking hot water line inside the wall. After completing the repair, they also discovered and repaired a faulty relief valve on the older water heater during final testing. I really appreciated their attention to detail, clear communication, and willingness to fully address the issue instead of just doing a quick patch job. Very knowledgeable and professional from start to finish.

Bernards Plumbing Services showed up on time and assessed the work on my water heater. I was given a choice to either replace the thermostat and element or replace the entire water heater. There was no pressure on my decision to replace the water heater. Throughout the process, Ramauri (the technician) was very politely and educated me on my plumbing system and components to the water heater. He was quick as he could be and ensured that I was receiving hot water through all my plumbing outlets. Pricing was very affordable to what I was researching through internet and other people’s experiences. I would utilize their services again and recommend them to others.
