Bernards Plumbing Services showed up on time and assessed the work on my water heater. I was given a choice to either replace the thermostat and element or replace the entire water heater. There was no pressure on my decision to replace the water heater. Throughout the process, Ramauri (the technician) was very politely and educated me on my plumbing system and components to the water heater. He was quick as he could be and ensured that I was receiving hot water through all my plumbing outlets. Pricing was very affordable to what I was researching through internet and other people’s experiences. I would utilize their services again and recommend them to others.

I had a new faucet installed and a shower system. Very pleased with the result. I don't know too much about pricing so I can't comment on that. He showed me how the new shower system worked as it was a hand held/combo shower system. Love it. I would hire Bernard's Plumbing Services again. There plumber was very pleasant to deal with.

No one like needing a plumber but my experience with Bernard’s could not have be better, from the initial phone contact to completion of repair service was exceptional. They arrived on time, explained what needed to be done and completed the task in a professional manner. The price charged was a value. I was pleased enough that I discussed a future installation with them. I highly recommend.

I had an excellent experience with Sean from Bernard Plumbing Inc. He responded promptly, as I really wanted to get the dripping hose bib problem resolved before leaving town. An old manifold was leaking and rusted stuck on the hose bib. Sean showed up ontime stated his rates and resolved the issue immediately. He reinforced the hose bib onto the house since it was loose. Sean was communicative, fair and showed a passion for hetting it fixed, im spite of being in some back pain, which I noticed. I totally recommend Sean w/ Bernard Plumbing and will certainly use them again.
