- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to speak with the customer directly, if possible. As a true professional, I'm in the customer service business. Speaking with a client enables proper communication and helps to make sure that we are on the same page with the project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been in the trade of pipefitting/plumbing since 2004. I was accepted into a 5 yr apprenticeship in 2005 through Local Union 540 in Newport News, VA. I graduated top of my class in 2010. Since then I have taken classes on my own in hvac refrigerant recovery, in sprinkler pipe applications, and I also have my backflow certification.
