- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes where I do work for a franchise, we have corporate meetings all the time. I just got back from Atlanta where I met with fellow catering directors to discuss best practice and work on making our product even better.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I've been in the service industry for years as a waitress. I was looking for a way to still stay in the service industry, but make salary so that there wouldn't be a doubt that I could provide for my daughter and I. Moe's actually approached me about the position I'm currently in and I'm thankful every day for it.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I have a lot of drug reps that use me to cater their meetings, I also work a lot with schools, businesses, and private parties. Normally we cater lunches but we are open to doing dinners as well.
