He had my computer over a year (according to him only 9 months which is still a long time) and every time I call he " Just started working on it" Very Unsatisfied never returns any calls or emails and never answer the phone when I call had to call from several different numbers just for someone to pick up. .Finally got my computer back after about 13 months in about 8 pieces not fixed and with parts missing (webcam screws and one of my hinges) not to mention the original problem I had the screen was broken still wasn't fixed so I ended up paying more money to replace the parts he didn't give back, return postage for a screen he recommended that didn't fit properly gas going back and forth to the office just to get questions answered because he wont pick up/respond and ended up looking up on youtube how to fix it and fixed it myself within an hour. I so basically spent almost 13 months waiting to get my computer back in pieces not fixed and to do it myself. Not sure if he just didnt like me but after reading the other reviews here I see I am not alone I will never do business with them again save yourself the headache.

David ...the wanna be IT Tech their has HORRIBLE customer service!....Set false expectations...and empty promises...broke my phone when he was fixing...and after that I cannot reach him at all...do not waste your time and go there!

David Hughes will try to keep your electronic devices. He ignored my calls and voicemails for two months. He told me he could not fix my computer, so I asked for it back. I didn't get my computer from him until I tracked him down at his workplace (Hampton Roads Computer in Newport News). When I arrived there his co-worker lied and said he wasn't there. I then noticed that he was in the other room. The manager came out and told David to give me my computer. It was still broken and he didn't give my money back. Do not trust him!
