Introduction: Custom and organic/green design architectural services are offered as well as framing labor and construction management/consulting. My experience is in all types of custom/high-end facility and residential projects. Extensive construction experience lends me the unique ability to plan, manage and communicate with all parties involved for a successful and budget-minded project of any type. I have been involved with a multitude of projects nationwide as an architectural designer and eventually, a project architect with varied firms over the years. I am finally starting my own endeavor based within the Virginia and Florida regions. Custom hand drafting (suitable for framing) and CAD or BIM documentation services are available, as well as engineering and municipality coordination and consulting administration services.
