- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I generally have an affordable flat rate per four (4) hour block and add an hourly rate thereafter. However depending on the event's length I can negotiate a flat rate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
>Follow up with clients regarding service inquiry >Gain understanding of the type of event and requirements i.e. DJ Services, Lighting, MC etc >Meet to discuss service needs and present package options >Sign service agreement for service(s) to be provided >Follow up throughout entire process to ensure expectations are aligned and adjust when necessary >Perform event and follow up with client for satisfaction
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Professional DJ & MC Training from one of the best in the business. Too many hours of DJ'n skill practice I do hold an MBA so I'm very well educated :-)
