- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My price comes from my experience in the trades. Anyone can “DIY” but it’s the experience that most customers want.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process is to create a comfortable and a trusting relationship. I walk through and explain what I see and what “I” would do to fix or repair/build, offering multiple options when available, then allow you, the customer, to choose which option better suits them. I write up a step by step process including detailed explanations of materials used and why I chose the step, that way they and I are always on the same page, every step of the way. Just like Your Neighbors! Lol
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have schooling, in the formal classroom setting, and years of experience and hands on training.
