For first-time or deep cleanings, a deposit may be required to secure your appointment. Service agreement & scheduling Before your first service, all new customers review and sign our service guidelines to ensure clear expectations and a smooth experience. Once approved, we schedule your cleaning at a convenient time. A deposit may be required for first-time or deep cleanings. 4. Professional cleaning service Our trained team arrives fully equipped and follows a detailed checklist using professional-grade and hospital-grade disinfectants. 5. Quality check We ensure everything meets our standards before completing the job. 6. Follow-up & satisfaction guarantee If anything was missed, let us know within 24 hours—we’ll return and make it right.
