- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
pricing is affordable! I have discounts for birthdays, etc..
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
going over medical history, asking open ended questions, explain the session and if my pressure is too much/little let me know so I can adjust, I only expose the body part I'm working on, complete a session tailored to them, and make recommendations
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
AAS degree in massage therapy, and I've been working in a chiropractic office for a year with some spa experience
