FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
This is not my main form of income, I plan in the long scheme of things to design and create full time but till then, any time away from my family besides my job is worth more to me then I could possibly charge, my prices include this belief in them, also most jobs are completed within the first hour, the price for the first hour includes my cost through Thumbtack, time & fuel getting to you and then back home. Thank you for considering me!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
communication is key, me quoting you a price and you understanding the cost and what it entails, after we are both happy with the costs we work out what our work relationship will look like (meaning either I come to you to work, meet up to work out a design or just back and forth with email).. I am tech savvy and do my best to stay up to date on all the latest innovations that will make our experience more proficient and enjoyable.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been making thing since I was a child back home in West Virginia i worked with my father in the workshop making anything from a dining room table to a mobile step stool for our house. I started learning plumbing at the age of 13 from my uncle, now that I am in my late thirties I have years of experience in both the plumbing trade and creating things with my hands. I plan to start art classes at Old Dominion University in the spring of 2019.
