This team managed my property prior to sale. They were excellent in representing us throughout the process. Had a couple issues at the start from other entities. Frank and his team assisted in getting it all settled in a very timely manner. They kept us well well inf throughout the process up to the sale. They were good at giving us the best course of action with options. Definitely will be recommending them.

I want to express our appreciation for the outstanding service that Megan has provided us over the last few weeks. Megan was able to get us a fair rent increase based on the market and surrounding area. There was no lag between one tenant leaving and the next one ready to move in. That makes me happy! Megan was professional, had a great attitude, even when I got a little rough around the edges, and she is very enthusiastic about her job. She was able to answer my questions and listened to my concerns regarding our property. We have been with FD Management since December 2015. I do not write this lightly. As a landlord, I have certain expectations for myself, the tenants, and the people I entrust to manage our property. I know things do not always go the way one hopes they will but for the most part, this company has done a great job! I haven't had issues with the property managers themselves, they've always been so helpful and quick to respond. My only issue has been that the maintenance team or vendors take a very long time to have problems fixed. Unless it's an emergency, it's definitly done ASAP. Megan has been absolutely wonderful, though!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically like to sit down and see if we are a good fit for each other. We also like to discuss what concerns you the Landlord have for your property. From there we discuss how our relationship will work and how the tenet can be managed.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Broker, Realtor, continuing education, Served on local board of Property Managers, Get regular updates on legal changes by going to property management conventions.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
F.D. Management was started when I noticed some friends that were not getting good service from the current field of Property Managers. I said I can do a better job and have set my business philosophy on trying to do better.
