Extremely pleased with the service. Instead of simply setting a trap and returning- the technician went in the crawl space and caught the opossum within 5 minutes. Highly recommend!

I needed some trapping and sealing off at my home both on the lower level and on the roof. Joseph responded to my request promptly and took care of the job very professionally. I would definitely recommend him to anyone having problems with squirrels, rodents, etc. he will do a good job for you.

Joseph was awesome! There was a foul smell in my home, I knew it was probably a rat because of past encounters. Our pest control company came, confirmed it was something dead, but didnt seem super knowledgeable about locating the origin of it (they thought it was in the wall). So they referred us to All Around Animal Control. He seemed very confident that he could solve our problem, and he did! He came out the next day and within 5 or so minutes, he deduced that a rat had died in a duct due to some of the tubing in the attic leaving an opening (not dead in the wall-yay!). He fished out the rat, and taped up the tube so we dont have that issue again. He even spotted entry points that our pest control company missed! Super nice guy, very knowledgeable about the critters, and great customer service! Will recommend to others and will use him in the future if needed!

We were referred to all around animal control by our pest control company when a rat dies in the walls of our rental. They came out the next day, found it, dug him out, and didn't even charge us because we were a referral. Super friendly and helpful! We will be sure to use this company again in the future should we have any animal control needs!!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer competitive pricing, and work with our customers by providing different plans that work within their budgets. We offer 10% off active military discounts as well. Make sure to mention thumbtack for the discount, along with appropriate identification.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We see new customers everyday. The first line of business is getting an understanding of the problem. From there, we can come out and do an inspection of the entire property.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our certification comes from NWCOA and our permit is from the Virginia Department of Inland Game & Fisheries. We are licensed and insured through Virginia.
