Great experience all the way around! This was not the least expensive bid I received, but I'm convinced it was the best! Equipment was in great condition. Technician was an obvious professional. Inspected carpets first, pre-treated stains, and completed a walk-through inspection at the end to ensure the job was done right. Work was guaranteed, and everything was excellent. It's worth it to pay a little more to get the right service, the right equipment, and the right professionals to do the right job! Great work!

We had Pro Clean clean our microfiber couch and overside armchair and our fabric recliner. These pieces had been in storage for a year and had a bad odor. The team from Pro Clean were right on time and were done in less than an hour. Our furniture looks and smells better than new!

The majority or the stains were not removable, but he did the best that he could do. As a result, he did not charge me for the two dining room rooms that just could not be cleaned satisfactorily.
