Jacoby Ponder is an excellent Chef and an all around superb person. The food was outstanding and the dessert was to die for. Hands down I would use him again. I already gave his information to six other individuals. Thank you Chef Ponder for making my six year anniversary spectacular. God bless.

I must admit My first impression of Chef Jacoby Ponder was satisfying, his demeanor and immediate ownership and pride in the food service department, but I must say the foods presentation, along with the flavor and seasoning definitely are provoundly remarkable. Look forward to trying some more new dishes!!!

Chef Ponder creates more than flavorful, beautifully presented dishes. He also create an atmosphere of comfortable elegance that can be appreciated by all. His personality is lively and jovial which is contagious and adds to the overall experience. I can't wait to work with him again.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The standard pricing system as I would like for the client to pay to hold the date usually runs around $200 which is deducted from total cost.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I would like for the customer to contact me so we can build a relationship and go over a specified menu custom just for the client.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Current education I have an associates in culinary science and a bachelors in food service management.
