- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will usually give the client a call or send them a message asking for more information about the service they are requesting. Once that is done and we have an idea of about how long the job may take we will give an estimate for the inquired service and setup a date and time for us to come out. Before the conversation is done we will collect contact information and location for the services. Usually the day before or the morning of appointment we will give you a call or send out a message confirming that you still need services. Once confirmed we will come out at scheduled time to complete the task request. Once the job is done and the client has looked over everything, you will have the option to have an invoice emailed to you or pay with card at time of completion.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
We started out under our parents commercial cleaning business in 2009. Once they retired we started our own company.
