- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every quote is a custom estimate based on a potential client’s unique needs. We don’t offer pre-packaged DJ in a box events. As a result, our fees often beat the competition. Our customer service ALWAYS beats the competition.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial contact through Thumbtack, email, or phone. Event consultations face to face at a location convenient to the client. FaceTime or phone consults are used in cases where distance prohibits in person meetings. Once the customer discusses their music preferences, playlists, and expectations of services they want performed, a contract can be drawn up. In some cases, I can lower the cost for the customer by helping them find lower cost solutions while maintaining the same standard they expect.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Bachelor degree in music, MEd in Curriculum and Instruction, licensed in elementary and classroom instrumental music in VA. Performed in several countries in front of audiences of all sizes.
