Sorry this pro can’t do your job, but we know other pros who can.
Introduction: 40+yrs of experience has taught me that most pet owners don’t want to be strapped to class time and a lot of practice time only to discover they still don’t have a dog they can live with. I have changed all that with my method. I offer a one time 2hr session that gets more done than a 6-8wk class setting or a series of private sessions. My 2 hour session came about when somebody From my group class was writing a check after the 1st session and said, "I would pay this for just the 1st lesson" My 2 hour session was born. When you communicate from the "dog's point of view" you can accomplish a lot quickly.

Gail is incredible! Within an hour our dog Brutus was keeping his problem behaviors under control. After using Gail’s methods for another few days Brutus is almost an entirely new dog. Once I teach my wife how to get along with him we’ll have a much happier home. Thanks, Gail. I can’t recommend you highly enough.

It was a pleasure meeting and working with Gail Walden. She was very personable and knowledgeable about her training. My American Eskimo was unruly and in 2 minutes she was very submissive. We are carrying on with Katie's training, which will be much easier thanks to Gail.

Gail was amazing! Definitely recommend her. She was able to correct all of my German Shepherd’s behavior issues so quickly. Her way of teaching was very easy to understand and efficient. I can take my dog anywhere without having to worry about anything and enjoy being outside. Thank you so much!!

FAQs

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Fair and the value exceeds the cost. I have to laugh right now, even when answering this question I had to use 50 words minimum. My first sentence answered it for me. Just like my 2he session will solve most any issue you will experience with your dog.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I first start with their needs, goals, and expectation for a finished product. I am not after the dollar I am after a customer that understands what it takes to get them the dog/companion they set out to have when they brought that bundle home.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

At this point 40 years of experience! I was trained years ago at a full service dog training facility. The woman that I learned from is now since past yet at the time she was the “sought” after trainer in her day. She had the top people in the industry as her clients. I learned basic obedience, competition obedience, confirmation handling, guard dog training and services. K9 training and handling, we provided dogs for TV & Movies, talk shows. The list goes on. I am always looking for anything that will make me a better trainer and dog owner so to pass it onto my clients.
