- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is based off of a combination between time and services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will usually try to have a small conversation, find out details about the event/occasion as well as the focus. After we have talked and secured a time and date, I will show up, follow up with any last minute details, and then we celebrate and have fun creating great memories. After we are done, I provide a USB of the raw footage and send an email with any touchups within 48 hours.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I went to the Art Institute of Washington DC, I’ve worked in professional studios, and frequently go to libraries to help gain more knowledge as often as possible.
