Maurice installed a bathroom exhaust fan for us. He had to get into the spray foam insulated attic to get the old one out because it wasn't installed properly. The new one is installed properly and runs beautifully. If you need help with a project, you found the guy!

He was very polite, friendly, communicative (told me when he would be here and when that changed, he let me know), and it was clear, when he was working on a problematic lighting issue that he: (1) was looking for the real problem, not a quick fix (2) troubleshot it until he found it, and (3) fixed it completely and made sure it was really fixed, before he stopped. He went the extra mile to he helpful and even found a light bulb for me on Amazon that they did not carry at Lowe's. His prices were also very reasonable, and I will clearly use him again!
