We have been a family-owned business since 1996. We are licensed and insured. We do all aspects of residential building and remodeling, specializing in kitchen and bath remodeling. Remodeled bathroom. Price was right. Quality of work excellent. Very professional and helped with ideas to improve bathroom. Totally satisfied with work and have added other projects for them to do, tile and paint laundry room, probably replace roof, and work on front porch.

I ran into an issue with my home with severe water damage to my roof and an exterior wall that my insurance and warranty company would not cover. I decided to take matters into my own hands and start looking for contractors so I tried out thumbtack. The first few contractors were not suitable to do the job, but that is when I got a notification from Sharon Holcomb at Ezri Builders. She stated that she would love to get in contact with me and left me her number in the message so I decided why not and gave her a call on a Saturday. She instantly answered my phone call 5 minutes later, as I accidently caught her wrapping Christmas gifts, but she stopped what she was doing and seeming overly concerned for my situation and said she would call me 7am Monday morning to set up a time to come out and see what she could do for me. Sure enough, 7am my phone wrang and was out at my house an hour later. Sharon showed up with a full crew and within 5 minutes was able to assess what was going on, prove that I actually had a roof leak and what was needed to be done to get me good to go. I want to say that I have had 3 contractors come out prior to her, and indicate that I did not have a roof leak, but her crew was able to find the exact problems with my roof and where the water was coming in causing all of the rot and water damage. Her price was remarkably lower than I ever expected and stated she could start right at that moment to get me dried in by the end of the day before the rain moved in. I signed the contract on the spot. I had half of my roof redone, as well as structural work on an exterior wall, new gutters installed, and dry wall work done all within 4 days including 2 days of rain within the 4 day period. The customer service that she offered was absolutely remarkable answering my phone calls immediately and always being on the job ensuring that everyone was being done the right way. Her crew was extremely professional and worked with diligence and the quality of work was beyond anything I could ever have asked for. If you are looking for any remodeling/framing/construction work I recommend you contact Sharon Holcomb at Ezri Builders down right. She will take care of you no matter how big the scope of work is.

I hired Ezri to install tile in my bathroom and repair a sheetrock ceiling. Sharon gave me a good price and we worked out a schedule. Work was done very professionally and on time. I am completely satisfied with the job and would hire Ezri again.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am unable to have a standard pricing system because all jobs are different and the site conditions vary from job to job. If I price without checking out the job itself, I would price high to cover any unknowns and that is not good for the customer.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet my customers upfront to make sure we are a good fit.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the housing industry for over 30yrs and have done all aspects of home building, remodeling and repair.
