- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are fair and I am very transparent with why my prices for particular situations are what they are.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically I like to build a relationship with new customers, I want them to be able to trust what I can do for them without it feeling like I’m just out to take their money. Customer satisfaction is my goal and that’s always at the forefront of my mind.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Everything I do is from experience! There are some things books can try and teach but without experience it doesn’t really matter. I’ve been in this line of work for many years and I love to build things so there isn’t much I can’t accomplish.
